HR Adviser

Our client is a leading provider of support services to the utility sector who have experienced extensive organic growth over the last ten years. They are now seeking a new HR Adviser for their established and progressive HR team in West Yorkshire.

This role will involve some travel to other sites in the UK and therefore the successful candidate will be a driver.

This is a highly fast paced environment requiring someone from a similar paced sector that works well in constantly changing environments. You will be a HR Adviser with 'some' experience at this level but confident in all areas of Employee Relations work including disciplinary and grievances' up to dismissal level and a proven track record of working through complex cases and high volumes.

You will ideally have experience of supporting businesses during periods of change which may include redundancy and restructure, supporting and advising managers.

You will also be key in developing and leading HR projects to meet group objectives which will be driven by the successful individual's strengths and areas of interest to meet the business need but may include; managing absence, review of policy and procedures, reward and benefits.

You will be an outgoing and confident personality who can demonstrate confidence and tenacity in fast paced environments challenging and influencing line managers across all areas of HR whilst establishing and developing effective business relationships.
