A superb opportunity has arisen to join one of the largest retailers in the UK as a HR Advisor based out of their Northampton office.
Working closely with the regional retail HR teams and the operational teams, this role is responsible for managing the external talent pipeline for this successful retailer, ensuring gaps in the internal succession plan are anticipated and high calibre candidates are identified and brought in to the business in a timely fashion.
This role is an 6 month (ongoing) interim contract and will give the candidate the opportunity to work with the HR Manager on a range of strategically focused projects, as well as having a generalist remit supporting key priorities within the HR team.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, ideally you would have worked in a shared service environment and be CIPD Qualified or working towards this. You must have EXCELLENT employee relation knowledge and experience as this is an integral part of the role.
