A leading IT solutions and business process outsourcing provider is seeking an HR bid support consultant to sit with the corporate function. The role will be key in supporting all bids from a human capital management perspective. It is an exciting and challenging opportunity within a rapidly expanding business.
This role will support the UK and Ireland business unit but will also support global bid processes driven from other locations. This role will be key in leading the business teams in the expanding opportunities.
You will have key deliverables around the following:
• Identification of HR issues and implications around the bids ensuring that compliant and bespoke solutions are provided
• Presentation of solutions to the clients face to face
• Implementation and delivery of solutions including TUPE transfers, trade union negotiations and restructuring
• Training within the business for the acquisition team around TUPE and HR implications
The key to success in this role will be having the following background:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent HR qualification
• Minimum of 10 years HR experience
• Previous experience in a role where you are a dedicated Bid consultant, ideally in an IT solutions provider
• TUPE and transformation project management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
