A Rare Opportunity for a Business Analyst within a Reputable, Corporate Organisation in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for HR metrics and reporting for the Europe region, particularly the collation, analysis and delivery of HR metrics to the HR Director, to support business decision making processes.

 



You will be responsible for the collation, analysis and presentation of key HR statistics, using the in-house systems and business intelligence tools

        

You will actively support & drive HR Reporting projects and solutions in the Europe region

        

You will be responsible for implementing an effective reporting solution for the Employee Opinion Survey results, driving action planning in the region



You will maintain an accurate audit trail of HRs performance in the critical area of statistical reporting

       

You will continuously improve the existing data collation, analysis and reporting processes for both the HR Key Performance Indicator and Narrative reporting processes within the Europe region

        

You will support the Europe HR Business Solutions Manager in the development and implementation of an automated HR KPI technology solution

        

You will develop relationships with representatives from all HR country teams in the Europe region, to enable the collection of HR data for analysis on a monthly and ad-hoc basis

         

You will act as a primary point of contact for all HR reporting requests from the business in the region, providing ad-hoc analysis, statistics and management information as required.

 

Experience:

You must have experience in a similar role within an HR Department.

You must have Advanced level MS Excel and Powerpoint experience.

Experience using Oracle will be advantageous.
