The Business Partner will work in partnership with leaders in order to influence all people related issues including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, organisational design and change.
Accountabilities will include:
Being fully integrated with leaders and their teams in order to determine HR priorities and lead deliver creative, business driven solutions.
Ensure leaders and employees are provided with expert, well-reasoned and flexible HR advice.
To work in partnership with leadership teams to deliver annual people activities e.g. performance management, compensation review, talent and succession management
To collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver business focused training and development interventions in order to enhance individual and team performance.
To provide facilitation support to teams and business events as required.
To work as part of the Site HR team to develop and implement HR policy and practice at a site and UK level to meet changing business and legal requirements.
To contribute to site, UK and European projects and networks.
To work with the central UKHR teams to ensure timely delivery of key HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have been in a HR Generalist role previously with a good understanding of Employment Law. CIPD is not essential however would be desirable. The successful candidate will also have exposure to training delivery.
