My client is an award winning organisation with an established network of successful
businesses. Having recently completed a global change programme, my client seeks a market leading business partner to drive forward and embed the UK change agenda and deliver operational business objectives


Reporting to the UK Head of Strategic HR, the successful applicant will directly support the Business Line Directors and wider Management team for Operations across the country. This is national role, with flexibility on the chosen 'base' location. The Business Partner will be required to travel to the Head Office outside of London approximately once a week as well as being a familiar face across the branch network.

Key accountabilities include:
*Deliver and execute the HR plan for Operations
*Advise and jointly review/-establish crucial processes such as performance management, salary review and job grading, career and succession planning, employee survey analysis, talent management and compensation/ benefit changes
*Support the central resourcing team and line managers to ensure effective succession planning and consistent quality of hire at all levels
*Ensure a talent development plan is in place aligned to yearly reviews, business cycle and support creating robust career paths across business line and one company
*Work with the central training team, plan and deliver appropriate learning and development initiatives
*Provide employee relations advice and coaching to Managers
*Deliver coaching and support to the Director and Senior Managers
*Oversee and agree any bonus payments and work with incentive schemes
*Work with the central team and critically analyse key MI in order to make recommendations to improve business performance
*Participate in, and deliver, HR projects as and when required

The preferred applicant shall be educated to graduate level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified. It is essential that you are able demonstrate considerable achievements in the above areas, preferably gained within a fast paced, market leading business The appointed candidate will be commercially minded whilst maintaining a personable, customer focussed approach.
