HR Consultant

Our client, a world leading telecommunications and technology organisation, are currently looking for a professional EMEA HR Consultant to join their proactive HR Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have a varied and challenging role and no two days will be the same. You will provide an efficient and effective HR service to the sales and marketing functions across a number of business units within the EMEA regions. This role requires an excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the business. You will take lead and manage change programmes, including restructure and redundancies, working closely with local HR functions to ensure these are implemented successfully. It is essential that you have operated within a large, matrix, blue chip organisation and have had responsibility for business units within an international capacity. This role will be operating at a strategic level, therefore requires an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running. Experience of supporting and partnering with the sales and marketing function is essential. You will be educated to degree level and be CIPD qualified.
