HR Consultant

My client is looking for a HR professional experienced in generalist issues, restructures and TUPE to contribute to the management and delivery of HR services across the organisation, including leading the resolution of case management issues and to develop systems, provide advice, guidance and management. Experience of operational project management of key changes to terms and conditions, restructuring or harmonisation of provision is ideal for this role.

You will work in a collaborative manner to resolve and conclude projects and generalist issues. You are a team player whom networks to achieve results for the development of the team. This is a multisite role based from Manchester with some travel within the north west and Yorkshire however there is great flexibility to work some days from home and to work flexibly. My client is a commercially driven public sector organisation hence applications from all industry backgrounds are welcome.

Accountabilities within the role are:

*To lead on HR initiatives within the company to ensure that systems and processes contribute to the successful delivery of projects
*To implement change management initiatives
*To contribute to the planning process by the development, implementation and achievement of targeted projects or other casework issues
*To be pro-active in the identification and resolution case management issues related to HR provision
*To support and develop HR Advisers in the region (region being the north west and Yorkshire)
*To provide professional advice to the HR management team and other appropriate managers on all matters relating to the provision of a comprehensive personnel service.
*To provide advice and guidance to management and staff on all aspects of HR provision including recruitment and selection, absence management, disciplinary and grievance and other generalist disciplines
