This Global Corporation are looking to recruit a HR generalist for the Middle East region, to be based at the DIFC in Dubai.
The scope of the job is as follow:
ability to deliver value-added service by working in partnership with business leaders to improve the performance of individuals and teams
ability to influence and build effective relationships and partnerships
professional passion and campaigning drive to challenge the status quo and make the people agenda live
ambition and potential
the ability to roll sleeves up for day to day activity
excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills
numerical, financial, researching and analytical skills
thorough understanding of the Middle East Employment Regulation
3 - 5 years experience in HR
flexibility to travel, mainly within the Middle East
IT skills including using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
help to drive HR initiatives in the Middle East:
- proactive role in the management of Performance Management and Learning and Development processes
- Management of Talent Pool and Succession Planning
- Provide intelligence to the business on Compensation and Benefits
- Active participation in the Recruitment and Selection of Employees
- Management of Strategic Resource Planning
- Management of the HR Information Systems
- Support and manage the International Mobility Program
Measure the effectiveness of HR activity and identification of the added value they bring to business
develop close relationships with specific areas of the business
make a real difference to the whole business
