Our client, an Ashford based independent, providing an expert service in Market Research from questionnaire design and fieldwork to analysis and presentation, are seeking to recruit a HR Manager to head up their HR Dept in a stand alone capacity.
Managing the HR function, you will get involved in employee relations, dealing with any issues that may arise and provide advice to line managers in the disciplinary and grievance process and give advice on employment law. You will also get involved in recruitment and selection, training and development, policy writing, compliance and various HR generalist tasks.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar environment and be full or part CIPD qualified. You will be inspired by challenges within the business, resilient and have an infectious ‘muck in’ and can-do attitude!
