Macildowie Associates are representing market leaders their field with their appointment of a new HR Manager. Based in Boston, Lincolnshire you will report to the Group HR Manager and have responsibility for a team of two.
This role ideally requires a CIPD qualified HR professional, who has substantial experience in delivering the full generalist HR remit with a hands on approach within a complex FMCG environment.
You will be operationally aware, delivery focused and possess the ability to build relationships with line managers in order to have the credibility to lead, develop, and motivate staff at all levels. Substantial experience of identifying and resolving HR issues in a large organisation, whilst promoting best practice and delivering a complete HR service across all functional boundaries. You will be articulate, forward thinking with the ability to influence change.

Qualifications:
Ideally you will be CIPD Qualified.
