As an integral part of this new flat generalist HR team of four, your role will be responsible for partnering the business to develop and deliver across HR with key responsibility for Reward.

Your responsibility for HR delivery across the business will incorporate Employee Relations, Talent Management, Policy & Procedures, Reward and Resourcing:

Key elements of the role will focus around:

• Development of the reward strategy
• Management of Deferred Compensation and Carried Interest arrangements
• Salary and total remuneration benchmarking
• Compensation and data modelling
• Managing the annual compensation review process and leading on compensation issues for staff in China the United States and Europe.
• Management of disciplinary and grievance cases through to a successful conclusion
• Providing appropriate people management coaching and advice to managers
• Working with and improving performance management system and process
• Close involvement in review and promotion process
• Develop both internal and external training delivery
• Work with business teams on development and learning goals
• Maintain and update Policies and Procedures
• Managing the sourcing and hiring process for selected senior hires
