• Full/part CIPD qualified
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of the commercial imperatives.
• A self- starter with excellent interpersonal, people management and motivational skills.
• Resilient and tenacious with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

• Driven with an independent mind and an extrovert personality.

The role:
• Through the consistent and effective management of site HR activities aligned to the organizations culture, values and people strategies, you will ensure that the site achieves and maintains a competitive advantage through it’s people
• Reporting to the business HR Manager, you will be responsible for approx 500 employees across 6 primary sites dealing with all aspects of a generalist HR role.
