HR Manager

Our client is a key partner to one of the UK's largest retailers who are currently going through a period of cultural change and growth. Their HR agenda boasts an ambitious business plan, requiring an equally ambitious HR professional to undertake and challenging and rewarding role.

Managing a team of 4 HR Advisers you will have a proven track record of success in managing and developing a team. You will be an established HR generalist looking to take a step into a role that will challenge and develop whilst instilling a people focused culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting into a HR Director, you will keen to develop your skills at a strategic level by driving change and implementing best practice with managers at varying skill levels for HR.

Key deliverables for this role will include;
*The implementation and development of a talent management programme
*Implementation a new HR & Payroll system
*Implementation a competency framework
*Coaching and development of the HR Team.

You will ideally be coming from a background in the FMCG or Retail sector having managed a small team of HR professionals before. You will also be highly project focused and have a successful background in implementing new and improved ways of working in changing environments, influencing and challenging key stakeholders in the business along the way.

You will have a confident and tenacious attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills with an open and professional style.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist looking to develop further as a HR Manager in a highly fast paced and diverse environment working closely with a HR Director.
