An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer, based in Worcestershire. You will act as first point of contact for all employees on ER issues, advising on performance and disciplinary matters in line with legislation and operational requirements and supporting the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
*Advise Line Managers on all aspects of Employment Law and Employee Relations
*Participate actively in the investigation of grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring Managers adhere to company policy and practice
*Co-ordinate recruitment activity, including scheduling and conducting interviews, in line with the operational needs of the business
*Preparation and implementation of Company policies and procedures
*Identify training needs to meet the needs of the business
*Co-ordinate sickness and absence
*Provide HR Administration support
*Produce weekly/monthly HR statistics
Proven experience of delivering on HR activity (which should include actively participating in employee relations related duties, working with and advising Management accordingly).
Excellent understanding of current employment legislation
Likely to have or working towards CIPD qualifications or equivalent.
