The Position

Location: Sheffield, England, United Kingdom

Reporting Relationships: VP, Human Resources

Responsibilities:
This HR leader will provide Human Resource leadership and management for Foundation 9 Entertainment Studios and serve as the primary HR advisor for Studio leaders. S/he will take an active part in developing global HR strategies and then implementing them to address issues within the Studios while ensuring global consistency and leverage of best practices.

The Candidate

Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Travel Requirements: 30% annually

Professional Qualifications:
5 + years exp as an HR generalist, ideally in a digital entertainment environment
3+ years exp in an HR leadership capacity
Thorough knowledge of applicable laws
Exp developing creative HR solutions, processes, systems and maintaining legal compliance in a high tech, always changing environment
Working knowledge of business strategy, organization development, communication, training design and development, employment law and compensation
Solid administrative, counseling/coaching and managerial capabilities
Exp in benefits administration, ADP HRIS (or other HRIS technologies) & Payroll systems
CIPD Qualified, preferred
Personal Characteristics:
Adept at planning and delivering projects on time
Exp leading HR for multiple locations at one time
Embraces chaos and loves change! Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth Company
Ability to interpret and resolve sensitive and complex issues
Excellent interpersonal skills/customer service skills
Strong problem solving skills and be an objective evaluator of people
Able to remain Customer focused and a promote teamwork across a geographically dispersed organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
