This leading global business services organisation is committed to appointing an HR Advisor to offer support and advice across a wide range of HR issues to all levels of management and staff across the UK. This role will play a key part in the HR team by building partnerships with internal clients and providing them with generalist HR support with a focus on employee relations. The role will also be responsible for providing daily coordination of recruitment on behalf of the UK as the key point of contact with recruitment agency partners.
Reporting to the UK Human Resources Director, and working as part of an established and recognised HR function, you will provide support and advice across a broad range of HR issues whilst proactively operating in a pivotal capacity - responsibilities including the facilitation of the recruitment process, management of reorganisations, disciplinary and grievance monitoring and the provision of MI. Reviewing, researching and developing HR policies in a continually evolving organisation will also form part of this diverse role.
You will have a flexible attitude to work, with experience of working in a similar capacity in a fast paced environment. With a strong grounding in a true generalist role, you will be commercially aware, and have the ability to position persuasive proposals to internal customers whilst remaining comfortable in a diverse and constantly evolving industry.
You will be of graduate calibre and ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards an industry recognised similar qualification, with a minimum of two years exposure to a similar role.
