A leading healthcare organisation is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support the business.
The key purpose of this role is to ensure that Operational Managers are provided with specialist advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, interpretation and implementation of current employment legislation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, to enable them to effectively manage their team and assist with meeting business goals and objectives.
Other accountabilities will include: ensuring HR best practice when supporting business change; TUPE transfers; supporting restructures; advising, monitoring and supporting disciplinaries and grievances as necessary; working with Trade Union officials; develop and deliver HR training workshops; together with other ad hoc HR related duties and projects.
There will be some regional travel within this role.
Of graduate level (or equivalent) and CIPD qualified, you must have extremely strong HR experience within a generalist role. Further, it is important that you have experience of working with Senior Operational Managers and influencing their opinions.
