Our client is located in Whitby and has an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to join their business in a standalone capacity covering a site of 100+ staff. This is a fast paced environment requiring in true generalist who ideally has payroll exposure within their skill base.
This position is seeking either an experienced HR Professional or an individual who is at an earlier stage of their HR career looking to develop within a role that will give them the autonomy to grow and develop further.
This role is a ideally suited to an individual who is outgoing and independent in their character along with the ability to think on their feet and respond effectively within an environment that is predominantly employee relations focused.
Interested candidates should be able to commute comfortably to Whitby.
