As the business continues to grow and evolve, the Executive Board are keen to continue to deliver excellent ROI and operate a highly efficient and effective organisation. This commitment is driven by their internal consulting team, which they are now looking to expand in response to a proactive and substantial change/transformation agenda.

In this instance we are recruiting for an experienced Executive to lead the design and delivery of a wide variety of key operational efficiency and organisational change initiatives. Some examples of current projects include:-

• Driving maximum efficiency and value for money in their working practices across the business
• Developing and implementing methods to track the effectiveness of OD initiatives
• Gaining key stakeholder buy in and managing communication strategies at all levels to promote organisational change and operational efficiency activities
• Embedding Organisational Values across the organisation and contributing to the introduction of an organisational 360 feedback system
• Undertaking a broad range of ad-hoc operational efficiency and OD projects as and when they arise

We are keen to find an individual with very strong analytical skills, who can think strategically, but is also pragmatic and ‘hands on’. You must have relevant experience gained in either an external consulting capacity or in-house and ideally have exposure to both private and public sector clients. Your experience must be supported by an excellent academic record, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and a high level of energy and drive.

This role works directly for and with the senior leadership teams and will give you the opportunity to operate in a highly professional and challenging corporate environment.
