An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to work with a well-known service organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to managers and employees of our client, on a wide range of issues from contractual matters to interpretation of employment law, from development initiatives to performance and absence management.

The role requires an HR professional who has a proven track record in delivering innovative HR solutions to meet business needs. You are confident in interpreting law and giving proactive advice and direction on all aspects of HR - employee relations, learning and development, organizational development and design, policy development, recruitment and selection.

You have strong project management and presentation skills and are happy working with all levels in the organization. You are business focused and used to working as part of the management team. You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues. Highly analytical, you are proactive in seeking new solutions and operational improvements. A team player, you are able to communicate at all levels, have attention to detail and display a commitment to adding value to this client.

You will be ideally CIPD qualified with a broad range of generalist HR experience at management level in a multi-business environment. Working in a unionized environment.
