Based in Dubai this Global IT organisation requires a Lead recruiter predominantly for the Gulf region


Role Overview:
The Lead Recruiter will provide effective, consultative recruitment advice and delivery to the client hiring managers. Your principal focus will be the recruitment of high calibre professionals to fill key roles across the organisation. These will predominantly be sourced via direct methods such as headhunting, networking, advertising and database search as well as working with local Vendors.

Responsibilities:
*Reporting in to the Regional Staffing Manager - MEA, the Lead Recruiter/Recruiter will be fully focused on placing suitable candidates.
*The Lead Recruiter will be required to consult with local/regional offices within Emerging Markets and the in-country Lead Recruiter/Recruiters to fill specific roles
*The Lead Recruiter works with the Hiring Manager to ensure that approval paths are accurate in the requisition and that the job descriptions are suitable for internal and external publication
*Build strong and effective relationships with Hiring Manager and HR
*Manage hiring manager expectations, giving constructive best practice advice
*Required to complete a competency/behavioural based interview

Experience required:
*A proven track record in filling permanent vacancies within a recruitment consultancy or an in-house environment
*Experience of recruiting within either Technical Sales, Marketing, Operations & IT would be a distinct advantage
*Knowledge of Middle Eastern recruitment market is essential
*Must have strong experience of search and selection practices
*An understanding of local employment law
*Fluent English and one other language would be a advantage (Arabic and French a definite plus)
