Learning and Development Manager

Location: Home based with significant UK travel and overnight stays
Salary: £35K plus pension, life assurance, private medical cover (after 6 months), private health insurance and 25 days’ holiday.

As Learning and Development Manager, your role will be to deliver our highly successful and popular management development programme across our business, which is aimed at equipping managers with the skills and knowledge to maximise their performance and impact. This programme has a high profile with the CEO and Board of Directors, who view it as a key vehicle in helping to achieve our business goals. This role will also involve providing consultancy to hospitals on other L&D issues, which includes the identification of training needs, and identifying external suppliers. We are looking for an experienced trainer, with excellent presentation and relationship building skills, and a track record of partnering senior managers in prioritising L&D activities that deliver tangible business results. MBTI Level 1 training would be useful, but is not essential.
