This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Manger to join an expanding Learning and Development function within the HR Division of a globally renowned Investment Bank. Our clients HR department has built a fantastic reputation over the last two years and is today recognized as an international centre of excellence for human capital strategy, which plays a very high profile role throughout the business.

As the Learning and Performance Manager, your role will encompass all aspects of learning and performance management on an international basis. The key specialisms of this position will involve performance management, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, technical training and organisation development. Furthermore the function will design and deliver services globally to an international audience. It is essential that you can deliver integration and change initiatives to ensure success of the learning function.

You will be reporting in to the Head of Learning and Performance and be involved with a range of Learning and Development initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:

* Implementation and management of Global Performance Management systems as required in new business areas & regions including the provision of training to administrators & employees both formally and on an ad hoc basis
* Management of vendor relationships, budgets and invoicing
* Management and provision of performance management data primarily to senior managers and HR business advisors
* Management of training course curricula
* Ad hoc training management & administration including bookings

The successful candidate will be keen to drive the success of performance management, learning systems and the management of L&D delivery on both a national and international level. You will have excellent solid systems and IT skills, budget and vendor management experience, excellent communication skills and preferably an understanding of Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. This role is based in the city and may require travel.
