This is a very busy public health sector organization, responsible for the health of tens of thousands. It is experiencing a great deal of legislative change and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational level Learning & Development professional

The daily duties will include but are not limited to the following:-

Multi site coverage within borough
Coaching and mentor staff
Design and implement training
Evaluate Training cycle
Training needs analysis
Provide monthly and ad hoc reports
Maintain relationships with internal/external providers
Provide and support development workshops
Contribute to the development of new learning initiatives

You must have a proven track record in designing and delivering L & D concepts across the board. This is an operational level role and you must be able to demonstrate that you understand the nature and importance of the role; as you will be asked to do a short presentation at interview. The department is very busy and you will be used to handling many projects at the same time, prioritising and organizing for maximum effect.
