Our client a leading, established law firm in the heart of the City have an opportunity to manage, devise and oversee the implementation of legal and professional skills training programmes for fee-earners and administrative training programmes within the London office, ensuring that all programmes are coordinated with the firm's overall training strategy. You will identify legal and professional skills training requirements for each practice area; evaluate the existing training programmes, oversee and further develop trainee solicitor training induction programmes and office-wide professional skills training programmes. You will identify manage and monitor the quality of external providers; Assist in developing the presentation skills of internal presenters; lead manage develop and motivate your team. Previous experience of law firms is essential combined with a solid understanding of the training needs of practising lawyers. With an instinctively client orientated approach you will have strong skills of persuasion, be analytical, creative and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be able to challenge assumptions and ask searching questions, show support and will be a strong relationship builder.
