The Company
3D Entertainment Group is a dynamic, forward thinking and successful entertainment business operating over 55 late night venues throughout the UK, consisting of well known brands such as Chicago Rock Cafe.

The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and talented HR Business Partner / Manager to take responsibility for delivering an effective HR Service to the business. This is a front line, Generalist “hands-on” role covering the whole HR spectrum as follows;

• To advise, coach and assist managers on complex Employee Relations issues including Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance & Absence management.

• Manage all Employee Relations issues up to and including Employment Tribunal claims.

• Support the Operational Management with the development, monitoring and review of manpower and succession plans.

• To manage TUPE and Business Realignment processes as and when required.

• Manage the development and implementation of new employment policies and procedures to the business.

• Work with Managers to ensure cost effective recruitment is timely, consistent and that we recruit people that fit 3DE culture.

• Managing Long Term Absence cases.

• Play a key role in the annual Pay Review process.

• Produce monthly activity reports relating to Human Resources.

• Administer Company HR databases.

• Work with Training & Development Consultant and other business partners to make sure that all areas of HR are delivered effectively.

• Develop resources to improve the overall capability of managers across the business.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience within a generalist HR capacity
Full Driving License
Highly technical
CIPD Qualified
Experience of working in a fast paced multi-site environment, preferably within the Licensed Retail Sector
Full knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience in drafting and implementing policies
Application of Disciplinary and absence management procedures
Experience in a range of recruitment and selection methods
