My client helps companies overcome the structural and behavioural barriers to growth that often impede their ability to react in today’s competitive markets. By undertaking an extensive commercial diagnosis they are able to quickly identify these barriers to growth, typically finding that most organisations can improve their effectiveness in the following areas:
• Top team effectiveness, composition and structure
• Architecting more effective organisations
• Improving decision making and accountability
• Mobilising leaders and employees to focus on the right things
• Changing patterns of behaviour throughout the organisation
We are looking to attract an extremely capable individual to join this exciting team who is passionate about driving people and organisational change to achieve real business goals. You will be commercially aware and will have a keen understanding of the issues that senior managers of today face. Whilst you will have core skills in the above listed areas, we are also seeking someone who is analytical minded and can assimilate data from various sources to drive fact based solutions. Ideally, you may therefore have operated in a strategy / planning / audit / research capacity at some point in your career that may have shaped this skill set.
As a smaller, niche organisation you will be offered the opportunity to have real impact both in the growth of this firm and on exciting client work across a range of clients. Culturally, this firm is innovative and creative, always striving to improve their knowledge and competitive edge and hence seek someone who would thrive in such an autonomous and flexible environment.
Please note: Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered for this role. Please send your CV through in the first instance to register your interest.
