My Client, a full-service international law firm is seeking a HR Advisor to work 2 days per week. Joining a hard working HR team supporting a highly intellectual client group, this is a fantastic development role offering exposure to a world-class HR function. This role offers a fully Generalist remit supporting the business in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
The successful applicant will be a well organised, commercial and intelligent HR generalist with a track record of building strong relationships with internal clients built upon sound technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
The HR Advisor must possess:
*Sound knowledge of employee relations process particularly in respect of performance management
*A proven track record in respect of lateral and retained recruitment at all levels
*Sound understanding of current employment legislation particularly in relation to performance and risk management, dismissals and equal opportunities
*Good understanding of the relevance of training and development in relation to performance management
