New opportunity in leading UK retailer – operational process development. Six Sigma desirable.

This is a newly created role within a leading UK retail brand. As part of an internal project and consulting team you will be working on a major transformation of the Global Operations Operating Model.

The aim is to design and deploy cross functional, globally consistent processes which are scalable and support the ongoing growth of this business.

Specifically you will be working with functional teams and business users to design processes and maintain their end to end integrity. You will also be responsible for defining the system needs for each process and working with technology teams to ensure these are thoroughly tested and robust. An understanding or familiarity with VISIO is essential as the team currently use this to help build process. Aligned to this is it essential that you have an eye for detail and are able to produce excellent supporting process documentation.

Ideally you will be trained in one of the main process methodologies such as Six Sigma or LEAN and will either be working for a consulting firm or for another major blue-chip corporation in a projects / process capacity. Appropriate candidates will offer good analytical skills and the ability to work with many different stakeholders and communicate messages clearly and concisely.
