Recruitment Manager

Our client is one of the fastest growing RPO providers on the market, and they require a recruitment manager to lead a small team of recruiters across a number of client accounts.

Based in Central London, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with clients, and demonstrate that you can effectively deliver recruitment for IT technical roles, as well as providing strategic support and promoting the RPO model within the accounts.

To be considered for this role you must have:

 Experience of technical IT recruitment
 Experience of managing a small team of recruiters (2-3 people)
 Account management experience from within an agency / RPO / managed services environment
 Excellent commercial awareness
 Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
