Internationally renowned Investment Banking group is looking to appoint a talented Recruitment Manager to work closely with several business units, assisting with all aspects of their recruitment needs.
Providing essential and professional services across all areas of the group, you will continue the Bank’s tradition of setting industry benchmarks in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing the full recruitment process through to offer stage and acceptance; Producing detailed job specifications and developing innovative attraction strategies with an aim of identifying new sourcing channels; Liaising with preferred suppliers and briefing them on current requirements; Working with line managers to structure appropriate screening practices and interviews inline with specific role requirements.
Applicants must have previous in-house recruitment experience and knowledge of conducting both technical and competency based interviews. It is likely you will have a sound understanding of the Financial Services Industry, as well as general HR practices and the implication certain issues have on recruitment. In order to hit the ground running you should have experience interpreting Psychometric assessment data, with the ability to structure interviews in line with this information. The CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
