Regional HR Advisor
Due to organic growth, a regional HR Advisor is required for a position covering Bristol and some satellite sites within the Midlands. Working with one of the most prestigious professional service outsourcing organisations in the UK, you will be leading a business unit of approximately 700 employees, building upon your excellent experience of employee relations and change management in a demanding but highly rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:
The Business Travel and Licensing unit is one of the newest and most commercially orientated units in our clients’ portfolio. As the HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide generalist HR support with a strong bias towards employee relations and change management, whilst working up to business partner level on a 70/30 ratio
• Work alongside business management and directors to co-ordinate action plans on change management, specifically redundancy and integration (TUPE)
• Interact with unions as and when necessary to ensure successful resolution to conflicts and assist with negotiations as required
• Undertake day-to-day and more complex employee relation cases, up to tribunal level, with the assistance of external solicitors where necessary.

Skills Required
To become the HR Advisor you will have:

• Practical experience of leading redundancy cases and ideally TUPE processes
• Ideally become CIPD qualified or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Had regular experience of complex HR issues including working with unions, and have a good understanding of ER e.g. modified grievance, unfair dismissal.
• Excellent client relationship skills, including having previously worked with key stakeholders to ensure business partner status

Remuneration
Our client is offering an excellent remuneration package, including a negotiable salary up to £32000, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including company car scheme and pension.
