Mr client is the UKs leading provider of energy efficiency solutions. You will be an experienced HR Manager used to working within a large organisation, highly driven and have a strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of flexible, transparent compensation strategies to attract and retain business-critical competencies.
In partnership with the HR team, ensure effective execution of annual salary review process and other partner benefit programmes
Utilise company communication and consultation processes to gain feedback and make improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
Support the development of credible engagement initiatives which anchor partner commitment to values-based performance
Develop and implement Regional HR plans in conjunction with HR partners and Operations Management to ensure regional growth strategies are achieved. Support the HR Director in the development of retention strategies and talent management programmes. Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain diverse skills and knowledge sets that meet current and future needs of the organisation.
Assist in the design and delivery of development centres and provide coaching and facilitation services within the succession management process.
Support and coach where necessary in investigation, disciplinary and grievance situations and provide consistent advice in line with legislation and Company policy.
Support and manage the integration of new partners following acquisition.
A minimum of five years HR experience and currently occupy an HR Manager role.
Results-focussed, commercially aware, driven to succeed, able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to manage projects.
A strong technical HR background and significant exposure to OD principles.
Excellent partner relations and multi-site experience.
Comfortable navigating P&L
Able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering proactive value added HR services.
CIPD preferred.
Experience in Trade Union negotiation
