Covering the UK, France, Spain, Germany, India, Africa, Russia, CZK Republic. This is both a strategic and operational role. You will provide leadership and direction of the Human Resource function in the areas of Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Change Management, and Employee Relations
Responsibilities:
*Develop and provide strong business partnership and support for EMEIA leadership team
*Work with leaders and colleagues to help build and sustain a work environment with high levels of Employee Engagement and Satisfaction
*Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and colleagues at all levels
*Ensure development of current human resource staff in providing both on the job experiences for development and supporting key training and development activities identified by these colleagues
*Partner with U.S. based functional HR Partners to develop and execute projects and programs such as management training and leadership development
*Partner with U.S. based Specialists such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition to develop and execute key programs and projects.
*Continuous process improvement of HR practices utilizing industry best practices
*Drive the execution of critical core processes (Salary Planning, Performance & Development, Employee Relations)
*Partner with Human Resource Director to develop and implement an annual talent management plan which includes talent acquisition, performance management, training & development
*Direct and/or perform a variety of assignments such as performance management, organization development, change management, compensation planning, disciplinary issues and employee/labor relations
*Lead various projects across the EMEIA region
*Lead and implement corporate human resource initiatives
