A household name in the retail industry is looking to recruit a Regional Trainer to provide first class internal training to all of their sites within the Midlands. You will be delivering a variety of packages to internal stakeholders up to Operational Manager level. You will be primarily delivering programmes that form the “Essential Business Skills” proportion of the L and D toolkit. Coupled with an equivalent trainer in a neighbouring region, you will be delivering management training including Train the Trainer, planning priorities, focussing on results, time management etc. You will also be promoting, managing and delivering projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
Your constant desire for improvement will see you proactively update your already thorough L&D knowledge and identify ways of improving customer service throughout the organisation.
To successfully execute this role you will have:
• a Certificate in Training Practice (or the desire to undertake)
• a minimum of 2 years L&D delivery experience
• Previous experience in the retail/fast paced/customer service industry
• Experience operating at a similar level in a previous multi-site structured organisation
• a current drivers licence and own vehicle
• excellent IT skills
• high energy levels and the ability to motivate others
• excellent communication skills
