Resourcing Consultant, Docklands - London Up to £400.00 per day

A Retail Bank based in the Docklands are looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join them on an interim basis.

The Resourcing Consultant will be working on large projects within group centre.
The purpose of this project is to review the current recruitment practices in each country and to recommend the development of a governance framework and best practice approach to attracting, hiring and managing quality candidates.

Job responsibilities will include:
Lead a project and build a robust plan to create an international Resourcing framework.
"Identify the HR networks in each country and pull together an overall project plan.
"Carry out diagnostics for each country to identify current processes.
"Ascertain how the HR team/Resourcing team is structured and where ownership for the recruitment process and decisions lie.
"Identify the governance procedure: recruitment training, vacancy authorisation./sign off procedure, interview notes and PSL contracts in place
"Identify the primary recruitment channels currently being used and the optimum channels by skill type, level and cost.
"Identify which agencies is the best performing. What are the terms of business.
"Identify the current selection processes that are in place and any differences by role/level.
"Determine whether a defined service proposition in existence and the extent to which this is differentiated for different levels of hires.
"Ascertain what MI is currently produced.
"Summarise findings and prepare recommendations.
"Agree priority countries to roll out new procedures.
"Develop and maintain excellent relationships within Resourcing and the local country HR teams to ensure achievement of business goals.
"Continually sharing HR policy and best practice.
"Assist in the research of job evaluation methodologies.
"Assist in reviewing research findings and make recommendations for preferred methodology.
"Gain final sign off for the recommendations from the Head of HR
"Compiling and inputting metrics and talent data to a high level of accuracy. Checking this against other HR systems used i.e. SAP.
Support the project team in the design and implementation of the Diversity Project

The ideal candidate will essentially have solid HR experience with emphasis on Resourcing and Reward, PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN JOB EVALUATION IS A MUST as this will be a large part of the role, some international exposure and understanding of cultural differences.
