Role: Resourcing Consultant (6 month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 pro-rata plus excellent blue chip benefits

In this role you have responsibility for providing expert recruitment to Head Office client groups. Your primary purpose is to develop attraction plans, implement sourcing options, design selection processes and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in order to fill both ad hoc vacancies and ongoing external talent pipeline requirements.

The Role

• Partnering with clients to identify internal and external recruitment needs, including contracting around the most cost effective sourcing solutions and selection tools.
• Effectively manage stakeholder clients and HR Managers against agreed contracts.
• Working with the Resourcing Manager to ensure that resourcing activity is integrated with other talent management strategies the HR Manager and their clients may be using.
• Managing the delivery of an end-to-end recruitment process that provides the right candidates, at the right time and at the right price, for allocated client areas and vacancy caseload.
• Driving a candidate-centric approach from the outset of the process, ensuring candidates receive the appropriate sell and the best possible experience of the Company.
• Managing relationships with relevant suppliers, holding them to account for delivering the service and value-add required against particular campaigns and vacancies.
• Regularly using Management Information to inform plans and actions, and monitor and continually improve own delivery.

The Person

• You will need to demonstrate specialist Resourcing knowledge
• Your experience should include the recruitment of a range of technical and professional skill-sets
• Campaign planning and management
• Candidate attraction methodologies (including direct sourcing)
• Design & application of a variety of assessment techniques
• Management of and partnering with, Stakeholders including external 3rd parties
• Confident decision maker and collaborative working style
• Capable of deploying a range of influencing styles
• Able to work at pace and effectively prioritise both urgent and important.
• Ideally from a FMCG, Financial Services, Retail, or Professional Services environment with experience of operating within a similar HR model or matrix structure.
