PartyGaming has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to work with the HR Management team at our Gibraltar office and effectively manage operational aspects of employee reward systems.

You’ll develop reward strategies and processes, prepare market data and job evaluations, along with establishing a variety of long term incentives and benefits, all of which will convince our employees that PartyGaming provides the best rewards for their excellent services.

As a Reward Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Leading the design and development of reward systems, including long term and short term incentives such as executive bonus schemes and sales commission plans
• Managing the salary review and bonus payment process to ensure the capture of relevant survey data and market intelligence in all employment locations
• Providing guidance to line managers and HR Business Partners in all aspects of salary setting and progression
• Managing third party providers to ensure service delivery levels are met
• Contributing to the development of the strategic people plan for the organisation


As a Reward Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Good understanding of international reward and expatriate issues
• Experience of running a reward function and managing and developing a reward team
• Strong technical and analytical skills supported by very good knowledge of Excel
• Experience of building and sustaining an effective reward infrastructure
