A Manchester based company require a Senior HR Administrator, to work with one other Administrator to ensure the busy department runs smoothly, produces high quality accurate work and meets deadlines, providing an efficient and effective HR administrative support service to the business at all times. Some of the duties will include-1. Managing and co-ordinating all general administration not falling under one specific administrator?s area of responsibility ? for example, ad-hoc report requests, and allocating work accordingly.2. Liaising regularly with line manager in relation to workload, priorities and issues.3. Processing of all salaried payroll for the division ? new starters, leavers, permanent changes, absence, overtime, bonus payments to comply with project clear 4. Handling any pay queries and liaising with all relevant parties to resolve these5. Providing advice to employees and managers via email/telephone on HR procedures and policies such as maternity, annual leave, sickness absence (procedural advice only)6. Preparation and placement of job advertisements on the company intranet, newspapers and job centre and co-ordinate incoming applications 7. Dealing with all reference requests for employees8. Issuing of offer letters and the production of contracts9. Ensuring all personnel files are kept up to date ? filing on a regular basis, archiving leavers, creating files for new starters10. Producing HR letters and correspondence and preparing case files for disciplinary, grievance and absence cases11. Provide assistance in the preparation of TUPE information and documentation 12. Administration of CRB checks and management of the CRB database.13. Processing and co-ordinating maternity correspondence.14. Maintaining the HR database and producing monthly and ad-hoc reports15. Provide an overall efficient HR Support function
