Our client, a high profile charitable organisation based in North West London, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact within the HR department responsible for co-ordinating and providing advice, guidance and support to line managers and staff on HR issues including disciplinary, capability, grievance, sickness absence, maternity/paternity and flexible working. You will also provide support to the Senior Heads of HR on key change management and work on any other HR projects as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience at HR Officer or Advisor level and will have proven experience of giving advice and guidance on employee relations issues and policy. You will possess strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills and will have the ability to prioritise a busy workload, meet deadlines and seeing projects through to completion. There will be a requirement to travel to other offices across the UK on occasion.
