Working from either North or South London offices (Southgate or Clapham Common), an experienced Senior HR Advisor is required to help manage and coordinate the HR function for this forward thinking social business. This role will provide a key HR service to the business as a whole ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.
The role:
• True HR Generalist Senior HR Advisory role working closely with HR Manager to provide and effective HR function
• Helping to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives
• Keep regular management information on budget and overall performance
• Working in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development.
The person:
• Generalist HR experience within an HR environment
• Experience of dealing with Trade Unions (consultation and negotiation process)
• Key experience of working with and advising line managers
• First class IT and communication skills – strong influencing and change management experience
• CIPD qualified with project management experience
• Available immediately for an interim position
