My client is a global brand with an unrivalled reputation. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their London based team and be responsible for an EMEA client base.

This is a senior relationship management role which will interact with board level directors and be responsible for managing relationships between them and their regional teams across Europe. Key responsibilities will be managing change in a challenging market place, ensuring that communication and strategic business plans are in-line with global initiatives, coaching leaders and working with the HR community to enable a seamless HR delivery. You key stakeholders will also include the organisational development team, the regional HR managers across EMEA and the UK divisional HR Managers as well as the shared services.

To be considered for this position you must be CIPD or degree qualified. You will have HR business partner (or equivalent) experience in a US or global matrix organisation. You must have worked with board level directors and be extremely commercial in approach to HR. You will be consultative, be able to build credibility in an extremely creative, innovative and fast-paced organisation where demands and expectations of HR are high.

International HR experience will greatly benefit your application.
