Senior HR International Mobility Manager

Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking a Senior HR International Mobility Manager; a newly created opportunity.

A business critical role, the Senior HR International Mobility Manager will support our clients' strategic growth plans to become a multi local, multi skilled employer by mobilising talent and skills between the regions.

Working with Business Directors, Senior HR Managers, Project Managers and third party external suppliers, your role will be to support International Assignees and the business community located around the world as a key representative for your organisation. You will formulate a policy framework that delivers solutions and manages the service delivery of relevant suppliers and advisors. You will also determine, develop and review an International framework to facilitate employee movement, work with other corporate functions to identify areas where external support is required and to manage and coach the HR international assignment team.

To be successful in this role, you will have operational and strategic HR International Mobility experience ideally gained from within a leading international business. Key attributes required are an eye for detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.
