A multinational engineering and design consultancy are currently looking for a SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY) to join their highly successful team. £55-68k. London and the South East.

Furthermore, the mobility service must be delivered both efficiently and professionally and its reputation recognised as being a key HR service.
My Client currently operates a devolved delivery model of International assignments and, following on from an extended service review,they are keen to appoint an experienced HR professional to lead the future development and shaping of the International mobility function
This senior HR position has 3 key elements to the role:
(1). To provide expertise and education to the HR and wider business community on all issues relating to the International mobility of employees
(2). To formulate a policy framework that delivers solutions through the establishment of underlying principles, systems and processes
(3) To manage the service delivery of relevant suppliers and advisors
This position is a corporate role and reports to the Head of Reward. The role holder will work closely with corporate functions (Reward, Tax, Legal, Payroll) and external suppliers
Responsibilities:
* To determine, develop and review an International mobility framework to facilitate employee movement across the world
* To establish and maintain the infrastructure to support International mobility
* Working with other corporate functions to identify areas where external support is needed, source the relevant suppliers, project manage the transition of the service and manage the supplier relationship and contract
* To provide advice to the business and HR on all issues relating to cost, legal and people implications of mobility
* To manage and direct the HR International assignment team and provide opportunities to develop their expertise and shared knowledge
Requirements:
A senior HR professional with International experience, strong influencing skills and proven project management capability, who is a self starter able to influence at senior level and guide less experienced HR professionals. The preferred Candidate will have demonstrable analytical skills and a good commercial understanding
